Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: We ship all orders within India for free.

International Shipping: Free International Shipping for all orders above $150 or equivalent. (£125 or € 140) A flat shipping fee of $25 or equivalent ( £20 or €22) will be charged for orders below this value.

Customs and Duties: All customs and duties to be borne by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

To process a return or an exchange, please email us at love@henim.in or call us at +91 8758889997 (10am-5pm IST)

• Items purchased at full price qualify for a refund or exchange if communicated within three working days of receipt of the package. 

• Items purchased on markdowns, special codes are non-refundable.

• For safety reasons, all returned garments will be isolated in our warehouse for 24 hours before inspection. We will honor refunds / acknowledge confirmations once these items have been inspected. Our team will be available on phone/email during this time. 

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (reflects in six business days). If items have been dispatched, the return process will have to be followed.
